As an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will troubleshoot and repair a wide array of Caterpillar mining equipment.

Your expertise will be essential in both surface and underground mining operations, ensuring optimal performance of equipment such as haul trucks and dozers. This role offers continuous development through CAT certified training and robust support from the Finning team. Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair Caterpillar equipment in an active mine
- Conduct large-scale overhauls and rebuilds
- Complete technical documentation and manage customer communications




- Utilize Caterpillar SIS and ET for troubleshooting
- Interact with customers and sales support effectively Requirements:
- Interprovincial Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Over 10 years of off-road mechanical experience preferred
- Prior repair experience with Caterpillar machinery
