Inside Sales Representative Based at: 1145 Innovation Drive, Suite 200, Kanata ON The Junior Inside Sales Representative provides operational, procurement, and sales support to internal stakeholders while developing foundational knowledge of IT solutions, customer relationship management, vendor engagement, and sales operations. Support the preparation of hardware, software, professional services, and maintenance quotations. Process customer and vendor purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy.

Deliver responsive and professional support to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate records within CRM and ERP systems.



Participate in training and professional development initiatives. 1-3 years of related experience in sales support, customer service, administration, procurement, or similar environments. ~ Robust keyboarding and data-entry skills with a high degree of accuracy. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ~ French-English bilingualism is considered an asset.
