You’ll maintain JBODs, servers, and network gear, contributing directly to our infrastructure operations. The role offers a fantastic entry point into IT and storage engineering, where curiosity and problem-solving are key. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain JBOD storage enclosures and track drive health
- Install, cable, and configure servers in our colocation cage
- Diagnose and resolve various hardware faults
- Support network infrastructure with accurate documentation
- Manage the end-to-end RMA process for hardware

Requirements:

- 0 to 2 years in IT support or datacenter operations
- Familiarity with Linux command line basics
- Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing
- Proactive mindset toward hardware issues
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in office

This role involves documenting processes and collaborating with team members to ensure security and efficiency in our operations.
