Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Junior Recruiter on a 6 month temporary basis on our People & Culture team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early ‑career professional to build HR knowledge and gain exposure across multiple industries. The successful candidate will expand their knowledge in recruitment, total rewards, and collective bargaining agreements.

This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada . Lead the recruitment process for positions across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). This role requires approximately 25% travel to career events across Canada.

You will report into one of two Supervisors, Talent Acquisition who value collaboration, adaptability, and cohesion. You’ll be supported by a passionate team of recruiters, HR administrators, and a senior sourcing specialist, driven by a shared belief that people always come first. We help local Co-ops grow and thrive by offering a range of professional services, including marketing, market research, information technology, human resources, accounting, risk management and business development.

Have 1-3 years of relevant experience in human resources. Have a bachelor’s degree,



preferably in human resources (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Competitive salaries and short-term incentives.
