Responsibilities

- Safely lift, carry, and load various types of junk and debris, adhering to safety standards and proper lifting techniques
- Operate company vehicles to transport items from client locations to disposal or recycling sites
- Assist with the sorting and disposal of recyclable materials in accordance with environmental guidelines
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use




- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent injuries or accidents during removal tasks
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule

Experience

- Prior experience in general labour or manual handling roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is highly desirable
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn recent skills
