Cook plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our residents. This position involves working closely with the kitchen team to prepare nutritious meals that meet our senior residents' dietary requirements and preferences.

Cook must adhere to food safety and sanitation standards while demonstrating culinary creativity and excellent cooking skills.

Department: Food and Beverage (F&B;) Menu Planning ~ Food Safety ~ Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times, following food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures. Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in positive working order. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred is an asset. Minimum of one year of experience in a professional kitchen. #
