We are looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our team The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, a passion for cooking, and a solid attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain the kitchen and expo area.
- Wash dishes
- Take out garbages
- Cleaning tasks as needed
- Assist in the preparation of food as needed.
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in clean and in proper working order.
- Communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Friendly, outgoing personality work well with the public




- Abiity to use and learn new technology (food apps, kitchen and pos software)
- Food Handlers Certified (or willing to get within 30 days)
- Experience with preparing Caribbean food an assset
- Understanding of Jamaican Patois language & Jamaican culture an asset
- Serving experience an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Available for days evenings, weekends and possible call ins

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $17.65 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
