This role demands deep BPMN expertise and integration skills to ensure seamless operations. At Flexspring, you will play a key role in diagnosing complex production bugs and issues on our integration platform.

Your responsibilities include analyzing BPMN processes, writing fixes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform reliability. You'll use Jira for ticket management, ensuring a solid focus on structured problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate escalated production bugs and integration failures
- Analyze BPMN flows to determine root causes




- Write integration fixes and patch scripts
- Coordinate with QA & Incident Manager via Jira
- Document root causes and resolutions for institutional knowledge Requirements:
- Bachelor's in IT or Computer Science
- Strong understanding of BPMN and workflow logic
- Proven experience in API integration troubleshooting
- Ability to read/debug scripts under pressure
