LCBO is seeking a Labour Relations Analyst (Contract) to support the LR leadership with data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights for grievances, arbitrations, and bargaining proposals. This onsite 12-month role reports to the Senior Manager Corporate Initiatives and emphasizes real-time analytics, data integrity, and policy interpretation.

The ideal candidate has a post-secondary degree in Labour/IR, at least 2 years in a corporate unionized setting, and advanced Excel/PowerBI skills to
