- Conduct fittings, including home and remote sessions
- Lead and motivate the Atelier team for high performance
- Manage Atelier operations and workload during peak times
- Validate alterations for precision and quality Requirements:
- Degree or background in sewing or tailoring
- 6-7 years of experience in high-end fashion tailoring
- Robust garment construction and fabric knowledge
- Experience in coaching or developing teams
