Lead (direct report) Business Analysts to grow and continuously improve their craftsmanship Develops test plans for new workflows and processes; Create process models for current and future states for process analysis Complete process gap analysis and transactional process documentation requests using consultative and proactive engagement frameworks Execute the end-to-end document lifecycle to ensure consistent quality work from the process creation to consumption Ensure that procedures for controlling, preserving, securing, and updating business process documentation are followed A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field Previous experience working in the insurance industry or Insurtech is a must Experience in advising and guiding clients on complex transformation programs with key domain expertise in business readiness, business adoption, change strategy, visioning, execution, stakeholder management, benefits management, and communication Basic understanding of the technical development cycle of a mobile application or web portals Agile/Scrum Framework for Project Planning & Release Management experience is a must Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Full-remote Local time zone office hours, work by your schedule Performance bonus #
