You'll encompass clinical supervision and administrative support while enhancing patient care. In this full-time role, you will oversee mental health and addictions professionals, mentoring them to deliver high-quality services.

You'll engage in planning, implementing, and evaluating community mental health programs, integrating your expertise in the AMH continuum of care and risk management. Your understanding of Indigenous health practices will foster culturally safe care. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise mental health and addictions staff for clinical excellence
- Collaborate with management on treatment program implementation




- Conduct case consultations and support staff with urgent cases
- Mentor in clinical documentation and assessment processes
- Address system-level gaps and assist with hiring and evaluations Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work
- Active full registration with regulatory college
- 5+ years in mental health assessment and intervention
- Knowledge of psychosocial intervention standards
