You will oversee high-volume vehicle flow between our Halifax and OPENLANE storage locations , ensuring incoming units, service vehicles, and outbound deliveries are staged, parked, and moved efficiently without gridlock or delays.

You will lead a team of attendants in an active, outdoor, fast-moving environment where precision, speed, and spatial awareness are essential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organized chaos, has strong logistical instincts,



and can maintain control in high-pressure, high-volume conditions. Demonstrate correct parking and movement techniques for attendants to follow Give immediate feedback to improve speed, accuracy, and safety compliance Reinforce safety standards including speed control, pedestrian awareness, and visibility rules Step in directly during complex or high-risk repositioning situations Inventory Integrity & Audit Perform regular zone counts to ensure physical inventory matches system records 2+ years of experience in high-volume vehicle flow environments (valet, rental fleets, logistics yards, auction lots, or similar) ~ Comfortable working outdoors in fast-paced, physically demanding conditions ~ Strong decision-making ability under pressure with minimal supervision ~ Exposure to automotive logistics, production, and operations leadership paths Work with a group focused on accountability, speed, and continuous improvement Permanent Full time Hourly wage: $22.50 per hour Overtime opportunities based on operational demand Health & dental perks package Stable full-time employment Exposure to a rapid-growing automotive operations setting 100% On-Site: Outdoor, physically active role in all weather conditions ~ Continuous walking, standing, and vehicle movement throughout the shift ~ Must be comfortable travelling between the two storage locations as operational needs require
