We’re opening a new, modern high-volume nail salon in the KV Area, located in a high-traffic area with excellent visibility, and are looking for an experienced Nail Technician who is excited about taking on a hands-on leadership role.

Our salon will be built around high-quality nail services, efficient appointments, walk-in availability and a steady flow of clients. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being busy, works well in a fast-paced environment and can help us build a strong team and great salon culture.

This is a working manager position, meaning you’ll continue doing nails and building your own earnings while also helping manage the day-to-day flow of the salon.

What You'll Do

- Provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic and other nail services
- Help manage appointments, walk-ins and technician workflow throughout the day
- Keep the salon running efficiently during busy periods
- Lead, support and help train other Nail Technicians
- Maintain consistent standards for quality, sanitation and client service
- Help create a positive, team-oriented environment
- Work closely with the owner as the salon grows

We're Looking for Someone Who

- Is an experienced Nail Technician with strong technical skills
- Is comfortable working with back-to-back clients in a high-volume environment




- Works efficiently while maintaining excellent quality
- Has leadership experience or is ready to take the next step into leadership
- Is dependable, organized and confident working with clients and staff
- Enjoys being part of a busy, collaborative team
- Is currently licensed or eligible to obtain licensing as a Nail Technician with the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick (CANB)
