Paul Davis Grande Prairie is seeking an experienced Lead Restoration Technician to oversee emergency mitigation projects from start to finish. You will lead by example, mentor Mitigation Technicians, and ensure work meets Paul Davis and industry standards.

The role requires restoration or mitigation experience, solid leadership, and excellent communication with homeowners and adjusters. Candidates must be physically capable and able to join an on-call rotation.
