Your background will ideally include a Master’s degree in health administration and five years of relevant experience. Key areas of focus will encompass Ontario Health Teams, mental health, chronic disease management, and program evaluation. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead health system integration planning initiatives
- Use data to evaluate programs and identify service gaps




- Build partnerships with health providers and stakeholders
- Guide complex initiatives through effective facilitation
- Monitor funding and performance indicators

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in health administration or related field
- Minimum five years’ experience in health care systems
- Strong understanding of Ontario Health dynamics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
