Elevate your engineering career with the Canadian Coast Guard as a Systems Specialist. This role focuses on systems engineering and change management for the future fleet of Icebreakers.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, integration, and testing phases of six Program Icebreakers. You will implement a robust change management culture while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and corporate standards. Your expertise in marine engineering will guide subcontractor design reviews and help manage technical changes effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement and lead change management initiatives • Support design, development,



and testing of engineering solutions • Ensure compliance with Corporate Management System and regulations • Review subcontractor design work for quality assurance • Liaise with vendors to meet technical specifications

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Naval Architecture • Minimum five years of marine engineering or ship design experience • Familiarity with classification societies and flag states regulations • Experience in a shipyard is a plus • Bilingual in French and English for technical communication
