- Lead and enhance the HDET apprenticeship program
- Design training plans adhering to industry standards
- Deliver technical training and develop resources




- Collaborate with maintenance leaders to facilitate success
- Track apprentice progress and evaluate training effectiveness

Requirements:

- Interprovincial Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
- 5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience
- Experience in coaching and developing apprentices
- Expertise in equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
