Manroc Developments Inc. is seeking a Raise Leader to guide underground raise excavation projects using Alimak/Raise Climber equipment. You will construct mechanized raise set-ups, scale rock, drill, load, and blast while strictly following site procedures.

The role requires reading mine plans, coordinating daily underground activities, and clear communication with crew and supervisors. Strong leadership and safety commitment are essential in this rapid-paced environment.
