You’ll design and facilitate simple, scalable learning experiences that build capability, support our transformation and respond to real business needs. Design scalable learning solutions that address priority business and talent needs,



applying adult-learning principles and managing learning across Head Office, the Distribution Centre and our store operations. 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field, with hands‑on experience designing and facilitating learning programs for different audiences, including leaders and frontline teams. ~ Solid knowledge of adult-learning principles and instructional design, with demonstrated experience turning business needs into practical, engaging and scalable learning solutions. ~ Experience supporting leadership development and capability‑building initiatives, ideally within a changing or quick‑paced organization. ~ Comfort with learning technologies and digital learning approaches. ~ Bilingual in French and English, with strong communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders across Canada. You’re passionate about helping people grow and perform at their best.
