Play a critical role in assisting our lawyers with commercial real estate transactions Be responsible for conducting, reviewing, and reporting on title and off-title searches and other real estate related due diligence Interact with the land registry office and problem-solve procedural matters in real-time to facilitate and address unique title issues Draft key documentation including requisitions, closing documents, transaction books and final reports Participate in the closing,



purchase sale and financing transactions Be responsible for matter management and data management, including scoping and budgeting 7+ years of experience in a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk role preferred;
