We are seeking passionate and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Early Childhood Educators to join our vibrant team. Duties

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth for children.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to support individual learning needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and daily activities using computer systems and organizational tools.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's development, behavior, and classroom events.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety at all times.
- Lead by example in demonstrating solid communication skills, time management, leadership qualities,



and organizational skills to create a cohesive learning environment.

Requirements

- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly desirable to support diverse communities.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education is preferred.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
- Proficiency in computer operation and familiarity with classroom management software or digital record keeping tools.
- Demonstrated classroom experience with the ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster teamwork among staff members.
