As a Customer Service Broker – Personal Lines, you’ll take ownership of an established book of business and provide the kind of attentive, knowledgeable support our clients count on. This position will also have the opportunity to work on some commercial lines and farm policies.

We’re open to both Level 2 brokers and strong Level 1 brokers who are ready to grow. Prepare and process quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes Conduct detailed risk assessments to ensure clients receive optimal insurance solutions Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers Remarket personal lines policies as needed Take and submit recent claim reports,



ensuring timely follow‑up Maintain diligent oversight of client accounts to resolve outstanding items Contribute to a strong, customer‑first culture within the team Experience servicing a personal lines book of business Strong relationship‑building and communication skills Knowledge of Applied EPIC is an asset, but not required The upper end of the range is generally reserved for team members who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance, make a meaningful impact, and continue to grow within their role.
