Duties

- Engage with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Bilingual skills, French and/or English, an asset.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing policies, updating client records, and tracking sales activities.
- Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase outreach and brand awareness in local communities.

- Proven experience in sales and servicing of residential,



commercial, farm and auto lines of business
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate confidently.
- Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients protect their assets.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and sales administration processes.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client interactions efficiently.
