Department Marketing As Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of customer journeys that turn data, technology, and customer insights into measurable business growth. You’ll connect audience needs and key moments in the customer lifecycle with personalized experiences designed to increase engagement, strengthen retention, and create long-term value. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Data, Product, and IT to develop scalable lifecycle programs, improve our marketing technology ecosystem, and identify meaningful opportunities to use automation and AI to deliver more relevant customer experiences.
Own the customer lifecycle and journey strategy end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution to measurement. Lead the technical execution of customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, staying ahead of platform evolutions and industry best practices. Bring a genuine curiosity for AI and automation.
Dig into our internal tools and agent capabilities to find real opportunities for smarter, more personalized customer journeys. Manage cross‑functional dependencies by identifying potential blockers early, communicating impacts clearly, and coordinating timely resolutions with IT and other partners. Partner with the Digital Marketing Strategist and the Content team to align lifecycle campaigns with broader marketing priorities. 2-4 years of experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing, with hands‑on platform ownership (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or equivalent 1×1 marketing tool). ~ Working knowledge of AMPscript, SQL queries, data extensions, and automation workflows.
Experience with relational databases or MySQL is an asset.
~ Demonstrated experience building business cases and communicating ROI to leadership. ~ Comfortable working cross‑functionally with IT, Data, Product, and Marketing teams. ~ Experience with, or strong interest in, marketing technology platform migrations and evolving industry best practices. ~ Curious about the practical applications of AI and automation, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve personalization, efficiency, and customer engagement. ~ Robust project management, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills. ~ Written and spoken English; ability to communicate in French. ~ Experience with task management tools such as Wrike is an asset. ~ Written and spoken English & French. Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and lead generation is an asset.
