The Relief operator will manage the production process and lead production staff on their designated line to meet and exceed production schedules and meet quality standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and accountable individual with strong computer skills to handle paperwork and multi-task efficiently. Knowledge of current health & safety legislations, policies, and procedures Ability to work shift work, 8-to-12-hour shifts, holidays, overtime, and call-in shifts as required Positive mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Exceptional people skills and coaching ability Ability to work with minimal supervision #
