Line cook needed for busy high vollume bistro

We are looking for a cook that excels in high volume. You are able to work independently once shown how to do a task and execute outstanding food quality. We are a busy bistro that serves breakfast, lunch and Retail items 7 days a week. You should know how to flip an egg, and if you cant, get ready to learn. You have an abundant amount of great quality ingredients at your fingertips and encouraged to be creative with them.

The right candidate will posess these amazing skills

Able to work an 8 hour shift, occasional overtime, have a passion for scratch cooking, enjoy creating new items for seasonal fresh sheets, able to meet shift goals

Hours are very consistent as even when bistro has a rare slow patch, you will be tasked with making/packing retail items.
