Responsibilities of line cooks - memorizing recipes, policies, procedures and standard portion sizes - Executing dishes according to Maverick's standards

-maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe and organized workspace at all times

- ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- properly set up workstations
- must be flexible to work weekdays/weekends

Experience & key attributes -
- ability to multitask and good time management skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment




- must be available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation

- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service setting is preferred

Experience:
- cooking: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 50.0 per week
