Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality ingredients and assemble dishes efficiently according to restaurant standards
- Cook a variety of menu items, with a focus on pizza preparation, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food handling and safety regulations
- Assist in food service by plating dishes promptly and accurately for timely delivery to guests
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, sanitation, and handling procedures




- Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management to prevent shortages

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or similar environment is preferred
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment is advantageous
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Passion for creating delicious dishes and providing excellent customer service
