Line Cook

- Keeping the kitchen clean and orderly
- Ensuring all ingredients are in stock to complete our menu
- Parboiling foods, allowing for the menu to be cooked more efficiently
- Seasoning and preparing the necessary ingredients for cooking
- Preparing some dishes such as salads or other less complex menu items
- Setting out all the all kitchen ingredients before each shift and refill as necessary

Job will be a cross trained job where you will work platting line and cooking line. Some prep will be a job criteria in the off season as we have no prep person. Could lead into ordering and being an assistant to Kitchen Manager. Weekly tip out based on hours on top of pay. Full time employees will receive medical/health/dental/etc. paid in full by the employer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
