Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other professionals
- Conduct legal research and analyze legislation, regulations, and case law
- Review evidence, identify key legal issues, and develop litigation strategies
- Draft pleadings, court materials, agreements, and legal correspondence
- Prepare for and attend court appearances, mediations, and examinations for discovery
- Manage litigation files from inception through resolution
- Maintain accurate records and ensure matters progress efficiently

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of post-call litigation experience
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Strong legal research and analytical skills




- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
- Flexibility to manage competing priorities and occasional urgent matters
