- Engage in the pure practice of law. Defend litigation claims in areas of automobile personal injury; construction claims; professional negligence claims
- Provide support and legal opinions to Claims




- Handle all aspects of litigation from the filing of pleadings, to attending at examinations for discovery, arguing motions, attending settlement conferences/mediations and running trials. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a litigation role.

Experience as litigation counsel together with insurance law

- Proven capability to handle complex litigation through to trial or arbitration
- Strong technical claims knowledge
- Deep understanding of current insurance law issues
