MetCap Living seeks a hands-on Resident Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a North York multi-residential property. You will supervise maintenance, coordinate contractors, support leasing and collections, and ensure safety and resident service standards.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently with regular reporting to the Property Manager. Full-time position with competitive salary and apartment advantages.
