Realstar is seeking a Resident Manager to live on-site at our Peterborough property, working four weekdays per week, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings. This is an existing vacant position with on-site apartment housing included.

The role offers base compensation of $35,000 per person, with employer-paid benefits, quarterly and annual bonuses, ongoing training, gym membership discount, and opportunities for career development within a diverse, supportive setting.
