We’re currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales operations at Bannister Ford Dawson Creek .

Set and execute sales plans and quotas in alignment with company goals Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to maximize performance Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to refine tactics Build and maintain robust customer and insurer relationships to foster loyalty Performance Essentials Proven leadership and 3-5 years of automotive sales experience (2+ years in management)
