Daily Tasks

Perform deliveries and/or pickups in all regions served by Walker (Northeastern US,



New York City/Long Island, and Ontario)

- Drive flatbed trucks with retractable tarps
- Handle necessary collections from customers
- Perform equipment safety inspections
- Report any mechanical issues, cargo damage, or quality problems
- Read and follow route instructions and logbook regulations, and complete required documentation
- Multi-delivery routes with return trips.

Job Requirements

Hold a Class 1 driver’s license without the “W” restriction

- Vocational Diploma (DEP) or 3 years of long-haul driving experience
- No criminal record
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly;
