Role: Dayforce Integration Lead

Location: Remote in Canada

Duration: 9+ months

Position Overview

We are seeking two experienced Dayforce Integration Leads to direct the technical integration workstream for our HR technology initiative. In this critical role, you will manage offshore development teams, review complex system configurations, oversee QA/testing phases, and ensure high-quality delivery across all integration touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Workstream Ownership: Lead the Dayforce integration track from execution to rollout, actively tracking project deliverables, decisions, risks, and mitigation strategies.

- Team & Delivery Management: Coordinate, direct, and review the output of offshore technical resources to maintain quality standards and project schedules.

- Technical Quality & Support: Conduct architecture and quality reviews for complex integration configurations; provide expert technical guidance and troubleshoot escalated integration issues.

- Testing Oversight: Lead quality assurance (QA) and unit testing strategies to validate data accuracy and functional performance before deployment.

- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the integration lifecycle.

- Qualifications & Core Competencies

- Dayforce Expertise: Extensive, proven experience designing, configuring,



and supporting complex Dayforce integrations.

- Leadership & Resource Management: Demonstrated track record leading remote/offshore development teams and managing workstream deliverables.

- Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities with a solid track record of driving cross-functional alignment between business leaders and technical engineers.

- Problem-Solving & Testing: Hands-on experience directing QA/testing phases and solving complex data/system integration challenges.

- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
