Manager, you will provide project management expertise and drive growth in heritage-related services. WSP is seeking a Group Manager to lead a 15-person team focused on impactful heritage projects. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for mentoring, supporting project managers, and ensuring financial success. You will be instrumental in creating a collaborative environment while upholding safety standards and managing performance reviews. Key Responsibilities:

- Create a positive and safe environment for all colleagues
- Mentor team members and support project management
- Oversee cost estimates and client deliverables
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews

- Undergraduate degree with 10+ years consulting experience
