The Global Digital Product

Management team is a key part of the overall Global Digital & Omni Team. This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest experience for Global Web and App channels, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations. This role is specifically for the Content Systems team.

Responsible for understanding how the Content Management System (CMS) product align with the overall business /company strategy, what guest / business problems need to be solved and what inputs are required. Attend, participate and lead agile ceremonies and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders one or more mid-scale and mid complexity products Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trends Collaborate with developers and business analysts to iterate solutions to find the perfect balance of customer & business value and level of effort Ensure a continuous cycle of feedback from stakeholders and guests is integrated in the product planning and development process through backlog grooming,



refinement and prioritization activities Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and account for them in solution design and prioritization Partner with the technology team on training and rollout of current features to business users Identifies and leads change management activities to support rollout to impacted stakeholders 5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applications. Up to 3 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of product management experience. ~ Experience with digital technologies, e-commerce, and mobile applications ~ Preference for familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) platforms. ~ Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills) ~ Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations ~ Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment ~ Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.
