As an Investment Banking Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions team based in Toronto,



you'll be exposed to a wide variety of clients across various industry sectors that will provide you with the necessary skills to develop, grow and thrive in Investment Banking. Research and analyze clients' financial situations, industry and market data, identify, research and analyze mergers and acquisition opportunities

- Develop valuation models of individual private and public companies, as well as merged entities
- Aid senior team members with idea generation
- Current or prior experience in Investment Banking (3+ years) with a large Canadian or Global Investment Bank
- Possess a combination of strong financial/analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and be adept at financial modeling and valuation;
