Loading, hauling and unloading of various materials and supplies Involvement in summer road work, including sweeping, shouldering, patching, repairing washouts, maintenance, resurfacing and ditching Providing excellent customer service,



including responding to inquiries/concerns from the general public and other members of staff in a courteous manner Our Public Works team is looking for a self-motivated, solutions-oriented team member. You’re always happy to learn new things and to help build a working environment that encourages and cultivates new ideas. You solve problems by identifying, gathering and processing relevant information to determine possible solutions, research options, evaluate them using your technical, numerical and analytics skills and make recommendations.

A secondary school graduation diploma including tandem axle trucks Successful completion of Defensive Driving training Strong reasoning, numerical, technical, analytical and researching skills to ensure work is completed safely and accurately A comprehensive benefits and pension program to ensure that your total compensation package addresses both your work and life needs.

Salary Range/Hourly rate: $31.32 - $39.16 Frontline Hours: Flex hours, including days, afternoons and nights. Shifts may be scheduled between the hours of 12:00 a.m. Sunday to Saturday. Flexible hours may be required during winter control and/or emergency situations.
