Residential is committed to a green future by enhancing our properties with features such as environmentally friendly water management procedures, improved heating and cooling systems, solar panels, and upgraded air filtration technology. Provide support to the Maintenance Associate Team, Regional Administrative Assistant and Residential Portfolio Manager. Deliver and remove all materials and appliances, assisting with installation and disposal of any other unneeded materials as required.





Work independently to complete minor renovations including painting, drywall, mudding, and taping. Assist the property management team with the distribution of resident notices, memos, and postings throughout the property. Assist with maintenance of the property, including snow removal, lawn maintenance, garbage collection and removal of large items as required.

Perform repairs and maintenance to building systems, respond to emergencies, and conduct regular inspections. A technology-savvy skillset with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time via mobile phone. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet Resident needs.

Ability to work outside of normal business hours and be part of the On Call Rotation. Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
