The Janitor Maintenance

Worker plays a vital part in supporting Lookout’s mission. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the site, keeping building equipment functional, and engaging in maintenance tasks alongside a energetic team. Flexibility in work hours is essential as shifts occur on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform janitorial duties, including sweeping and waxing floors
- Manage garbage removal and recycling
- Upkeep all building equipment and conduct repairs
- Collaborate with staff and oversee volunteers' tasks
- Contribute to health and safety programs and procedures Requirements:
- Grade 12 education and two years’ related experience
- Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
