Lead maintenance operations as a Maintenance Manager with Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society. This role centers on building safety compliance and proactive maintenance management to enhance resident comfort.

As the Maintenance Manager, you'll report to the General Manager while overseeing building systems and maintenance staff. Key tasks include implementing preventive maintenance initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and documenting maintenance activities. Your leadership will promote a well-maintained living environment that prioritizes resident needs and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee preventive maintenance for medical and building equipment • Respond promptly to maintenance service requests • Conduct daily reviews of the Building Management system • Manage inventory of tools and maintenance supplies • Support seasonal maintenance of community grounds

Requirements: • Minimum three years of experience in maintenance • One year of leadership experience in a related field • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems • Valid Class 5 driver’s license • CPR and First Aid certification recommended
