Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment failures, implementing effective corrective actions. Analyze test results, machine error messages, and operator feedback to accurately identify equipment issues. Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment to facilitate inspections, repairs, overhauls, and maintenance.

Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify proper functionality and ensure repairs meet operational requirements. Operate machine shop equipment, including grinders, drill presses, and saws,



to fabricate or modify parts required for maintenance, overhauls, and equipment setup. Assemble and install machinery and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to maintain the safe and reliable operation of industrial production and processing equipment. Operate lifting equipment as required to safely complete maintenance and repair activities. Identify and report equipment non-conformances, safety concerns, and other irregularities to the Maintenance Manager.

Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation using the company’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). 5+ years of hands-on Maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing workplace ~433A Licensed Millwright or 4th Year Apprentice.
