New-Life Mills: New-Life Mills has been a leader in livestock nutrition since 1964, providing feed solutions that support healthy, productive animals. With a focus on research, quality assurance, and species-specific expertise, we help farmers achieve optimal performance and profitability. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Current-Life Mills team.

This role is responsible for executing a preventative maintenance program, troubleshooting, and identifying problematic equipment and developing solutions to repair plant equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Conduct mechanical and preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment. Perform troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Prepare and update preventative maintenance program. Participate in water treatment programs involving high pressure steam equipment.



Work effectively in a feed manufacturing environment with emphasis and compliance to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.

Optimize safety and reliability of machines and equipment by following and complying with appropriate precautions to prevent risk to employees and to the product. Complete and update maintenance reports as per company and regulatory standards. Perform maintenance post clean up and maintain high standard of sanitation and housekeeping in the production area and maintenance shop.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance position, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Some experience in electrical and/or pneumatic equipment is required. On call availability for emergency repairs during evenings and weekends.
