Maintenance Technician - Industrial Electrician We provide full-service contract manufacturing, bottling, and packaging solutions for gummy natural health products, supporting clients from concept through launch. Our Maintenance

Technicians play a critical role in keeping all components of the production facility and production equipment operating safely and efficiently. In addition, our technicians with Industrial Electrician qualifications install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in the plant. This role requires shift work. 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights every 2 weeks.

Production equipment is maintained in safe and efficient working order. Preventative maintenance tasks are completed consistently and accurately documented. Maintenance work areas remain organized, clean, and compliant.

Continuous improvement opportunities are identified and supported. Quickly diagnoses and resolves electrical issues. Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment Maintain all types of equipment through a preventative maintenance program and log all details into a CMMS database. (welding/cutting; Maintain HVAC systems, water softener systems,



chiller units and other utilities.

Focus on Continuous Improvement to streamline work processes. Perform all other maintenance duties as required. Diagnose/Troubleshoot the cause of malfunctioning machines and other plant equipment and make necessary adjustments and repairs.

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, draw diagrams, schematic drawings, and service manuals regularly. Employees may be required to perform other job-related duties as needed to meet business, operational, quality, safety, or regulatory requirements.

Red Seal Certificate: Industrial Electrician required. Preference will be given to those with PLC troubleshooting experience. BMS experience would be an asset. Ability to read & create electrical schematics and blueprints.

Experience in a large-scale GMP, meat or food manufacturing or processing workplace is preferred. Willingness to work set shift schedule including nights, weekends and overtime as required. Must be able to wear all required personal protective gear. Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Experience with electrical, HVAC and chiller systems would be considered an asset.

Experience exposure to moving mechanical parts.

Experience exposure to excessive noise and some hazardous materials.
