Under the guidance of the Site Leader and Maintenance Manager, this role involves comprehensive maintenance of the building and grounds. You will conduct inspections, perform proactive maintenance, and address repair needs. Collaborate with a team to support critical fire safety programs and ensure preventative measures in winter conditions. Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks
- Maintain safety standards and building operability
- Support the fire safety program consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interpret building codes
