We’re looking for Sales Associates to be at the heart of the customer experience, receiving sales guidance and support from Endy and Sleep Country while bringing this digital brand to life in a retail store. Endy is a Canadian e-commerce company that sells sleep products online. Founded in 2015, Endy primarily operates as an online storefront, with their main headquarters in Toronto and is one of Canada's largest direct online-only mattress stores.

In 2018, Endy was acquired by Sleep Country Canada and with thousands of 5-star customer reviews, Endy has continued to build a brand based on customer obsession and product innovation. Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations Represent both the Sleep Country and Endy brand with best-in-class customer experience,



helping customers with their inquiries Efficiently process sales orders via tablet or point of sale Capture email addresses, customer insights and product experiences to report back to the team Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this isconsidered an asset and not mandatoryas we will invest in the right person A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus Zendesk or other help desk system knowledge is an asset Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset Fluency in Mandarin is required for this role in order to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking customers at this location Why members of our Sales team love working here: This is a current open full time industry leading position that offers a base salary of $6,000.00 plus competitive commission as well as monetary bonuses for meeting monthly targets.
