- Deliver Managed Services to Pharma and MedTech clients
- Create and manage assets and content within ACTO
- Conduct trainings, including workshops and custom guides
- Perform health checks and audits on domains
- Drive client adoption with product demonstrations

Requirements:

- 2+ years in software implementation
- Background in Life Sciences or Applied Science
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience with agile implementation approaches
